Journalism Downunder: Refereed papers from the 2nd joint JEANZ/JEA conference 2006.
Journalism Downunder: the future of the media in the digital age was a joint conference between Journalism Educators Association of New Zealand (JEANZ) and Journalism Education Association (JEA).
The 2nd joint conference was held at the Rendezvous Hotel, Auckland, New Zealand on December 4-6, 2006 and hosted by the JEANZ members of AUT University's School of Communication Studies.
The keynote speakers at the conference were Professor Roy Greenslade, professor of journalism at City University, London and past editor of the Daily Mirror, Te Anga Nathan, head of news and current affairs at Maori Television Service, and Peter Cavanagh, chief executive and editor in chief of Radio New Zealand.
